How do I sign-up for 2nd Saturday SHOWCASE?
We've made the sign-up process simple. Just click HERE to fill out the form and we'll be in touch ASAP!
What do I need to submit to present at 2SS?
The instructions are in our 2SS Google Form. You will need a short bio, short artist's statement, and the following files:
For 2D artists: high resolution images of your artwork named according to the following convention (Artist's Name_Artwork Title_2D).
For 3D artists: high resolution images or 3D scans of your work named according to the following convention (Artist's Name_Artwork Title_3D).
For poets/authors: a PDF or JPG file of each written work you would like to exhibit - or an audio file if your writing is recorded named according to the following convention (Author's Name_Title of writing_Writing).
For musicians: an MP3 or MP4 file named according to the following convention (Musician's Name_Music Title_Music).
For all others, The Diner Studio crew will reach out to you with further instructions.
When do I need to submit my info and portfolio by?
We would appreciate having all of your info and portfolio to be shown by the Thursday prior to 2nd Saturday SHOWCASE. The earlier the better, though.
What happens after I submit my info and portfolio?
The Diner Studio crew - most likely Raina - will reach out to you letting you know we have received your info and will be happy to answer questions or guide you through the process of presenting.
How do I set up a Spatial account?
Go to https://www.spatial.io/ and click "Log In" at the top right. From the menu that pops up, choose how you want to sign in. You do NOT have to set up an account. You can use the platform without an account if you so desire. Just click the link to the space you want to go and enter your name. You will be able to modify an avatar, but not as well as you can if you create an account. We HIGHLY recommend doing this well before your presentation.
Can I get a walk-through of the event beforehand?
We would love to walk you through the process in Spatial. Just let us know when you are free and Raina, Ken, and/or Phoenix will be happy to meet you in the metaverse. Most likely, the event will be in CHUBBY's Food Truck Park, so you can walk through and check out the current exhibit or meet us there.
How can I help promote this event?
We use the hashtags #2ndSaturdaySHOWCASE, #CHUBBYsFoodTruckPark, #art, #exhibit, #music, #film, #literature, and #metaverse in our posts about 2SS. We invite you to, too! 
You can also share the tagged artists and our current poster found on Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. 
You might also want to invite friends, family, and strangers to the event. You can share the link to CHUBBY's Food Truck Park via your socials so people know how to get to the coolest place in the metaverse showcasing the coolest creators doing the coolest things.
