Join us around Upstate SC for exciting events that invite diverse groups of people looking to collaborate to identify and design real-world solutions to challenges facing your organization. We develop hands-on experiences in which your participants will co-develop experiences, budgets, presentations, community partnerships, and innovative solutions — all skills you're looking for in candidates to hire or partner with.
Beyond valuable experience, these events offer potential pathways to employment. Participants who demonstrate exceptional skills and creativity will be offered letters of recommendation and invited to complete a “Golden Application” for a fast-tracked interview at your organization. It’s a chance for job and partnership candidates to stand out, build networks, and jump-start careers in a supportive environment.
